Solexin Industries Limited has a wide range of liquids processing related equipment including stainless steel vessels ranging is size from 1,500 litres to 40,000 litres, some with agitation and heating / cooling jackets/coils. Solexin’s staff has an extensive range of experience in dealing with many varied processing techniques as they relate to fermentation, product recovery, blending and reaction chemistry and a wide range of hazardous and non hazardous chemicals. Staff hold certified handlers qualifications.
Solexin has a range of specialised equipment and facilities including:
- A class 3 zoned flammable processing area
- A separate bulk processing area suitable for class 8 and non hazardous processing
- Glass lined reactor vessel 6800 litre capacity complete with heating, cooling and agitation
- Stainless steel jacket reactor 100 litre, complete with agitator
- Stainless steel jacketed liquid – liquid extraction column
- Jacked stainless steel vessels 5500 litres
- Stainless steel vessels with heating/ coiling coils 11000 litre capacity
- Stainless steel vessels with capacities of 11,000 to 40,000 litre capacities
- Additional equipment currently not in service but available include an Armstrong crystalliser, rotary vacuum filters, a rising film evaporator and a batch fluid bed dryer.
The normal range of services such as steam generation [to 10 bar], thermal oil, compressed air, power, water etc are available. A wet chemistry based laboratory is also available.
